TIA JI QUAN Moving for better balance

Tia Ji Quan is an evidence-based fall prevention class. It is offered virtually for 1 hour, 2x’s a week, for 12 weeks. The class is starting October 10, 2023. It will be Tuesdays and Fridays 8:30am to 9:30am. We ask that you make a commitment of 80% attendance for the 12 weeks.
